Single Line Boiler Steam and Water Analysis The existing equipment for boiler steam and water quality monitoring was a quite large equipment and it caused a lot of waste water after the measurement of water analyzer. LECOL provided this customer a more compact design sampling system and analyzer to reduce the waste water and save a certain amount of money per year. |
Steam Condensate Recycling LECOL steam quality analyzer provides the indication for the steam (condensate) recycling. About 2 years later, it saved the equipment building costs by saving the steam condensate as a recycling. |

Hazardous Area Steam and Water Analysis In refinery plants, there are many steam pipe lines which is finally waste to atmospher, the FPG refinery plant collected these waste steam, measure the quality and pump them back to the recycling tanks or cooling tower. It is a hazardous area and needed to use the equipment with hazardous area certification. |
Utility Plant Sampling and Analysis System The utility plant like power plant, it needs to have some boiler steam and water analyzer to be the parameter of the chemical dosing control. This unit is to replace their existing unit which have lost the cooling efficiency of the sample coolers. LECOL products provide compact design of sampling system and analyzers can be suitable in the existing tiny space, but will not affect the convenience of maintenance.l |
Power Plant Sampling and Analysis System This is a unit for Heat Recovery Steam Generator in power plant with 15 process lines, the unit includes sample conditioning, automatic switching between flush and service, chiller unit, de-mineralized water wash control and all the necessary water analyzers. |
